There’s no time-limited free trial, but Scale comes with our 14-day money-back guarantee — a risk-free way to try it. If it’s not the right fit within 14 days of purchase, submit a refund request through our refund portal and we’ll return the full amount.
What exactly counts as an “active site”?
An “active site” is one live domain where your license is registered and serving content — example.com counts as 1 activation. Subdomains like blog.example.com or shop.example.com each count as separate activations under our license. Staging environments, localhost, and recognized development URLs (dev., stg., test., .dev, .localdev, plus WP Engine, Kinsta, Flywheel, AWS, and Azure staging hosts) are free and don’t count against your 250.
What happens if I hit my monthly activation limit?
Scale’s ramp-up is designed for predictable agency workflows: up to 25 new domain activations per month for the first 90 days, then 60 per month after that. If you need more in a given month, contact support and we’ll work with you on a temporary increase — overages don’t auto-charge or fail silently. The 250 total stays available; the monthly cap only prevents accidental burn from automated provisioning.
Can I deactivate a site and reactivate it on a different domain?
Yes — deactivate any site from your license dashboard at any time and reactivate the freed slot on a different domain. This is useful for migrating clients to new domains, retiring old sites, or moving builds from staging to production. The 250 activations are a running pool, not one-and-done.
Does Scale work with Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi, Brizy, and WPBakery?
Yes. Slider Revolution is a standalone visual editor that produces sliders, carousels, and hero modules you can embed into any WordPress page builder via shortcode or native block. Whether you’re working in Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi, Brizy, WPBakery, or building with classic theme templates, your Slider Revolution modules drop in as-is. Design once, use it anywhere on the site.
I run SR6 client sites — can I move them to SR7 with Scale?
Yes. SR6 sites continue receiving critical security updates through at least March 2028, so there’s no urgency to migrate. When you’re ready, the upgrade is a two-step process: update each site to SR 6.7.50, then click “Upgrade to SR7” in the dashboard. Existing sliders migrate automatically and keep working.

Can I get a refund if Scale isn’t right for me?
Yes — within 14 days of your purchase, submit a refund request for the full amount, processed within 7 days. Heads up: submitting a refund request immediately deactivates your license and cancels future auto-renewals — it can’t be reversed, so make the call once you’re sure. After the 14-day window, refunds aren’t available, but you can cancel anytime to stop renewals; existing sliders continue working through the end of your paid period.
